How to improve your sleep!

Sleep is necessary, but many of us suffer from a lack of it for various reasons, and our health suffers. People suggest counting sheep and many other ways of getting to sleep, however, often, we are still unable to sleep and just get more frustrated.


There can be many reasons why you can't sleep; below are a few:

  • Stress from work
  • Relationship problems
  • Money
  • Children
  • Divorce
  • Bereavement

Being unable to sleep is common!

Meditation helps you relax, so you are not thinking about all the things you need to do or have not done or the problems going on in your life.

You will learn to relax so sleep becomes easy, and you no longer need to lie awake feeling frustrated.
